JOB OVERVIEW

The main responsibility of the Business Development person is to identify, develop and generate new business opportunities. will develop a client database of targets and devise a sales strategy ensuring the growth of new business, contribute to the sales and profit goals by individually driving sales results, meet and exceed weekly targets for sales calls new business ---------- velops a sales plan that supports strategic initiatives.
Makes cold calls (telemarketing) to generate potential ---------- works with business professionals to generate prospects and ---------- tablishes a daily and weekly business development schedule to meet and exceed performance plan to include:
Cold Calls, Client Appointments, New Account Goals, Individual Revenue and Gross Margin dollar objectives.
Works directly with Executive Leadership and Branch Leadership to establish individual activity and result expectations.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in selling a service
Staffing industry experience greatly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience:

Light Industrial Staffing: 1 year (Required)
Sale/ Business Development: 1 year (Required)
