Business Development, Operations & Finance Manager (Remote – Philippines)
### Salary: AUD $1,800 per month + Performance Bonuses

## About Us
We are a growing Australian cleaning, lawn maintenance and NDIS services business based on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Our current manager goes on maternity leave for 6-12 months ( but role will continue after she returns) and she leaves in 6 weeks time, so start date within 5-14 days.

The business currently generates approximately $450,000+ annual revenue, operates with 14 field staff, has no lease commitments, and enjoys a highly stable client base with approximately 90% recurring customers. Our focus over the next 12 months is to significantly grow our NDIS client base and improve our systems, reporting and operational efficiency.
This is not a standard bookkeeping role.
We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded person who enjoys finance, operations, sales and business growth.

## About The Role
You will become the right-hand person to the business owner and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
The role combines:
### Financial Management
* Bank reconciliations
* Accounts receivable

## Essential Requirements
### Must Have
* Minimum 2 years bookkeeping or finance experience
* Strong Xero experience
* Excellent English communication skills
* Experience working with Australian businesses
* High attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Reliable internet and home office setup
* Ability to work independently
### Highly Desirable
* Previous NDIS experience, *Rated very strongly*
* Experience working with Australian disability, healthcare or community service businesses
* Debt collection experience
* Operations management experience
* Business development or sales experience
* Management reporting experience
