Mountvera LLC is a U.S.-based managed HVAC and building automation system performance review company. We help building automation contractors, mechanical contractors, and facility teams turn BAS alarms, trend logs, reports, and operating data into prioritized action reports, issue tracking, and verification follow-up.
We are hiring a full-time Business Development & Operations Coordinator based in Cebu City, Philippines. This will be an important early role in the company. The position will begin with client research, CRM management, outreach support, scheduling, and founder sales-call preparation. Over time, the role may grow into broader business coordination, customer follow-up, project setup, internal documentation, basic invoicing/accounting support, and operations coordination.
This is not a hard-selling role. The coordinator’s job is to help identify good-fit prospects, keep the pipeline organized, support professional outreach, schedule qualified founder-led meetings, and help build repeatable business-development and operations processes.
Responsibilities:
- Research building automation contractors, mechanical contractors, commissioning firms, and related target companies
- Identify relevant decision-makers and influencers
- Review company websites, LinkedIn pages, services, and customer types
- Maintain clean company and contact records in the CRM
- Track outreach status, replies, follow-up dates, meeting outcomes, and next actions
- Send approved
- Personalize outreach based on real company research
- Help improve outreach scripts and follow-up wording
- Coordinate founder-led video calls
- Prepare short meeting briefs before calls
- Track post-call follow-up items and requested materials
- Help organize customer/project setup information in our internal software system
- Support basic operations tasks as the company grows
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Strong research skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets,
- Able to understand business goals quickly
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Professional communication style
- Able to customize outreach without sounding generic or spammy
- Comfortable working with a U.S.-based founder and U.S. business customers
- Motivated to grow into a long-term business coordination role
- Available to com into the office in IT Park Cebu for training and coordination meetings
Equipment and work setup:
- Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Must have stable internet access and backup mobile data
- Must have a webcam and clear audio setup for video calls
- Must have a professional remote-work environment
- Mountvera will provide company accounts, CRM/software access, templates, and approved work systems
- A remote-work/internet allowance may be provided
- Company-owned equipment may be considered after the initial trial period based on performance and long-term fit
Compensation:
- PHP 45,000/month base compensation
- Performance incentives available for accepted research, qualified contacts, qualified meetings, pilot opportunities, and closed paid pilots
- Initial incentive structure will reward quality, not spam or raw activity
Important:
The founder will handle technical sales calls, pricing, proposals, and technical Q&A. The coordinator will not be expected to answer detailed HVAC/BAS engineering questions independently or make customer-facing commitments without approval.
