JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our vending machine network across Australia.

This is a full-time remote position focused on identifying, prospecting, and securing new locations for vending machine placements.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, site acquisition, location sourcing, field sales, or partnership development.

Experience securing locations for vending machines, ATMs, kiosks, retail displays, digital advertising screens, EV chargers, or similar location-based services will be highly regarded.

Your primary objective is simple:

# Location Acquisition

* Identify potential vending machine locations across Australia
* Research high-traffic sites and business opportunities
* Build and maintain prospect databases
* Qualify opportunities before introducing them to management

# Business Development

* Conduct outbound prospecting
* Cold calling decision-makers
* Email outreach campaigns
* LinkedIn prospecting and networking
* Follow-up communications
* Appointment setting
* Relationship building

# Sales Support

* Book qualified meetings with prospective location partners
* Assist with proposals and presentations
* Track opportunities through the sales pipeline
* Maintain CRM records and activity logs
* Coordinate follow-up actions

# Market Research

Potential targets may include:

* Shopping centres
* Universities
* Hospitals
* Medical centres
* Gyms
* Sports facilities
* Corporate offices
* Warehouses
* Transport hubs
* Apartment buildings
* Hotels
* Schools and educational facilities

# Essential Requirements

* Minimum 3 years business development or sales experience
* Proven outbound sales experience
* Experience generating appointments through cold outreach
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently
