Mick's Kitchen & Catering is seeking a Business Development & Client Success Coordinator to manage incoming leads, qualify prospects, follow up with clients, and help increase bookings.
This position is focused on converting qualified leads into paying clients and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Management • Monitor Bark, Take a Chef, Yhangry, website inquiries, social media messages,
Lead Qualification • Review budgets, guest counts, event dates, and service requirements • Flag high-value opportunities for Chef Mick • Filter out unqualified or low-probability leads • Maintain lead tracking and reporting
Client Follow-Up • Follow up with all proposals and quotes • Schedule consultations and tastings • Maintain communication throughout the sales process • Re-engage previous prospects when appropriate
Business Development • Research and identify corporate opportunities • Research executive assistants, office managers, event planners, and luxury clientele • Assist with outreach campaigns • Build and maintain prospect databases
Administrative Support • Manage calendar scheduling • Organize client information • Update CRM systems • Assist with contracts and invoices
Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong sales and customer service skills • Ability to identify qualified leads • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems • Ability to work independently
Performance Expectations: • Respond to all incoming leads within business hours • Maintain a minimum lead follow-up schedule • Track proposals and opportunities • Increase consultation bookings • Help improve overall booking rates
Compensation: $650 USD per month plus performance bonuses based on booked events and revenue generated.
This is a long-term position with growth opportunities for the right candidate.
