JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small, growing company in Nashville, TN. We build websites and run online presence — SEO and social media — for local service businesses: window cleaners, flooring contractors, HVAC, trades. We have good clients, a strong referral network, and more demand than we can reach.

We want one person to help build the company and grow into running our business development. This is a build-with-us, many-hats role at the ground floor. It is not a task list, and it is not a cold-call lead grind. Our growth comes from warm relationships and referrals, not spam.

We work closely and directly. The owner sets direction and pricing. You own your area, run it, and raise blockers early instead of going quiet. Everyone here, owner included, does what the company needs. You'll do well if you take direction, sharpen through coaching, and want to build — not hold a title.

What you'll do, and how it grows:
- Early: own hiring — sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding new tea ---------- mbers; support operations; research and warm up our network
- As we ramp: work warm referrals and introductions (much of it through the owner's network), build trust with Nashville owners, and move interested ones toward signing
- Over time: own business development — bring in new clients month over month and build it into a repeatable system
- Throughout: stay organized, follow up, report honestly — what's moving, what's stuck, what you need

What we're looking for:
- College degree strongly preferred.
- Native-level / C2 American English, spoken and written — required. You're the company's voice to US owners. We screen hardest on this.
- High EQ and real people skills. You build trust naturally.
- A team-first, flexible builder. Many hats energize you. "Not my lane" is the wrong fit.
- Sales aptitude and range. You can hold a warm sales conversation now and grow into running business development. We'll ask you to walk us through the last deal or relationship you personally moved to a yes.
- Recruiting, hiring, or team-management experience is a strong plus — it gives you work to own from week one.
- Takes direction, coachable, raises blockers early.
- Your own laptop and stable internet.
- Available during US Central business hours for the overlap the work needs.
- Background check required.

What we offer:
- $900/month base, paid weekly from day one — steady income while you ramp. Full-time, 40 hrs/week.
- On top of base, $200 for every client you bring to signed — paid the week the client pays us, yours to keep if you leave, no quota, no downline, and no cap. The more you close, the more you earn.
- The first ~4 weeks are training and mentorship. After that, business development becomes the core of your role — most start around a client a month and grow from there as they hit their stride.
- Ground floor of a growing company — you own your area, and pay and responsibility grow with what you produce.
- Direct access to the owner.
- Philippine holidays off (paid).
