Roar Marketing Consultants is a digital and SEO agency in Houston, Tx (USA), looking for an hungry, results-driven sales person with a bulldog's determination and eager to make $2,000-$5,000 in commission per month. Go-getter attitude required.
The Role
The primary role of one of our Business Development Specialist is to hunt for new clients/business by cold calling, Direct Messaging via Facebook and Linkedin, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. You must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with Roar Marketing Consultants. You must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. You are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. As a Business Development Specialist you work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business development specialist’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to Roar Marketing Consultants. This requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of the niches we target, the solutions/services Roar Marketing Consultants provide.
Your role’s main responsibilities include -
New Business Development
Seek out potential new clients and turn this into new business.
Cold call as appropriate within your assigned areas to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new ---------- t up meetings with client decision makers
Plan approaches and pitches.
Work with team to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Management and Research
Submit progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Qualifications
Hunter mentality/attitude
2 - 5 years of experience in SEO services and/or software sales is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
