Business Development Associate
Banking Talent Services (Offshore)
9AM - 5PM EST | US Eastern Time Hours
Role Context
This role is designed to open doors inside banks for Core System Partners’ Banking Talent Services offering. The focus is straightforward: initiate conversations build relationships and create demand for contract and full-time banking talent.
This is an outbound heavy role centered on persistence relationship development and funnel management. The person is expected to move prospects from cold to qualified to active opportunity with Principle Consultant stepping in to close when appropriate.

Primary Objective
Create a steady flow of qualified banking conversations that convert into:
• Approved vendor relationships
• Active staffing requisitions
• Contract or full-time placement opportunities

Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
• Proactively reach out to target banks using:
• LinkedIn
•
• Phone calls
• Identify:
• Whether the bank uses external staffing partners
• How vendors get approved
• Current or upcoming hiring needs
• Navigate gatekeepers and find the right contacts inside the bank
Relationship Development
• Build rapport with HR Talent Acquisition Technology and Transformation leaders
• Position CSP as a trusted banking talent partner
• Progress relationships through defined funnel stages:
• Cold lead
• Engaged contact
• Qualified opportunity
• Active prospect
• Client
Call Booking and Qualification
• Book qualified discovery calls with Principle Consultant when needed
• Ideally lead and close smaller staffing engagements independently
• Capture clear notes context and next steps for every interaction
Vendor Enablement
• Determine:
• Vendor onboarding requirements
• Preferred supplier lists
• MSP or VMS participation if applicable
• Coordinate internal follow-up to complete vendor registration
Pipeline and Funnel Management
• Own the end-to-end sales funnel
• Track activity conversion rates and deal progression
• Maintain accurate CRM records with discipline and consistency

• Consistent weekly volume of qualified banking conversations
• New banks added to the active pipeline
• Staffing needs identified early not after public posting
• Growing list of banks that recognize CSP as a go-to talent provider

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Offshore based resource comfortable working US hours
• Strong spoken and written English
• Confident on the phone with senior professionals
• Experience in:
• Staffing sales
• B2B appointment setting
• Banking or financial services preferred
• Organized persistent and comfortable with rejection

Compensation Structure
Base Pay
• $200 per week
Performance Bonuses
• Bonus for every qualified call booked
• Additional bonus for every call that converts into a paying client
• Upside tied directly to:
• Conversations created
• Clients converted
• Revenue influenced
This role is intentionally low base high incentive to reward performance not activity.
