Position Overview
Level Up Formwork Pty Ltd are seeking a motivated and highly
organised Business Development & Administration Assistant to support our
growing operations across Australia. This role is responsible for identifying and
generating new business opportunities, maintaining client and project databases,
assisting with tender administration, and providing general administrative support
to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential builders, developers, project managers,
architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Generate qualified leads through online research, industry databases, LinkedIn,
and construction platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and projects.
• Monitor tender opportunities and industry developments.
Tender & Project Administration:
• Monitor tender platforms and identify suitable project opportunities.
• Download, organise, and maintain project documentation.
• Assist with tender preparation and submission processes.
Administrative Support:
• Manage company databases, records, and filing systems.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Schedule meetings and provide general administrative support.
Marketing & Social Media Support:
• Assist with social media content and company marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Previous experience in business development, lead generation, administration,
or similar.
• Previous experience working with Varicon or a similar construction lead
generation, estimating support, tendering, or business development company.
• Strong understanding of construction industry terminology and procurement
processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
Highly Desirable:
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with Australian construction tender platforms.
• Knowledge of the Australian construction industry.

Working Hours
Flexible remote working arrangements. The successful candidate must be
available to work partially within Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST/AEDT)
business hours to ensure effective communication with clients, builders,
subcontractors, and the management team.
