JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager/Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, managing projects, and creating clear and concise technical documentation. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
Develop detailed business process models and workflows.
Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
Project Manager:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technical Documentation Writer:

Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and system specifications.
Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other technical staff to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update documentation as needed.
Develop templates and standards for documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensure technical documents are easily understandable by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Scrum Master.
Experience with technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Markdown).
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
