BRILLIANT Project Manager/Admin Assistant/ Some Real Estate

We are a real estate development company based in Vancouver, Canada and we are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and high-energy person to be our VA. You will be working closely with the CEO and assigned in handling day-to-day tasks, scheduling appointments, managing projects and organizing all administrative duties.

Your primary responsibilities would include:
Manage and coordinate all ongoing ---------- t appointments. Make sure appointment reminders are sent. Confirm appointments with ---------- anize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Respond to email or take necessary ---------- nd a daily report, detailing completed and ongoing tasks in Asana.
Assist the CEO on other administrative tasks.

To qualify for the position, you will need experience in the following:
Project management preferably with knowledge of LEAN management principles
Customer service
Calendar management
Appointment setting
Other administrative tasks

It’s really important that our VA would be:
- A good communicator (Voice and non-voice)
- A fast learner
- Pays close attention to detail
- Have a pleasant personality and high energy

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
- Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Gmail and other email applications
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom
- Project management software Asana and Google Docs
- Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof)

As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to handle additional tasks and our people assets. If you have the following skills, this can help you.
Social media management
Project management

This is a full-time position Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm PST.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
Salary depends on skills and experience.

And to sweeten the pot, we also offer 13th month and birthday bonuses to employees who have worked with us for 6 months or more.
