Bookkeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeping Operations Manager to join a growing Australian financial services firm. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong background in Australian bookkeeping, payroll and management.

Who We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Bookkeeper or Accountant.
- Experience with managing an Australian Bookkeeping company
- Experience with Xero and MYOB
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Australian bookkeeping and payroll.
- Possesses strong integrity, dedication, responsibility, accountability, leadership and work ethic.
- Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work undistracted from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine Time.
- Must have own reliable work setup: Computer/laptop, additional screen, mouse, keyboard, stable WIFI, and backup power.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing entire bookkeeping teams workflow
- Managing client expectations
- Creating effective and efficient systems for the team
- Client Management: Liaise with clients via email for queries and support.
- Oversee bookkeepers work including bank reconciliations, accounts inbox management, accounts payable / receivable and payroll.
- Month-End and BAS: Conduct reviews and provide bookkeeper feedback
- Financial Checks: Review Xero data entry
- Process Adherence: Review workpapers and follow internal procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Manage tea ---------- etings and suggest process improvements.
- Adhoc Tasks: Assist with other bookkeeping, payroll, or CFO-related tasks as needed.
