All For Reno Inc. is a home improvement and renovation supply company serving customers through both in-store and online sales channels. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day bookkeeping activities remotely.
Position Overview
This is a remote, result-based position suitable for an experienced bookkeeping professional who can work independently with minimal supervision. Our business processes approximately 100 financial transactions per month, making this an ideal role for someone looking for flexible part-time work.
Only candidates with proven bookkeeping experience and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online will be considered.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Record and categorize business transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment processors.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Review and maintain sales tax (HST) records.
Prepare monthly bookkeeping reports and summaries.
Identify discrepancies and resolve bookkeeping issues promptly.
Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
Assist management with bookkeeping-related inquiries as required.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping practices and HST requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with retail, e-commerce, or home improvement businesses.
Understanding of inventory-related bookkeeping.
Experience handling multi-channel sales records.
Compensation
Starting compensation from $100 per month.
Compensation will increase based on performance, accuracy, responsiveness, and the scope of work handled.
