What You'll Do
Maintain accurate and organized books for clients using QuickBooks Online or Wave Accounting
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare clear financial reports including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
Books clean up and consulting
Track accounts payable and receivable
Support cash flow reporting and budget tracking
Assist with fractional CFO level reporting and KPI dashboards as the business grows
Communicate professionally with clients to collect documents, receipts and financial information
Adapt to working across multiple industries and business types
What We're Looking For
Hands on experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero or Wave Accounting
Background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance
Understanding of basic US accounting standards is a strong advantage
CPA or accounting degree preferred but not required
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent written English communication skills
Able to work independently and consistently meet monthly deadlines
Experience working with US based clients is a strong advantage
Ability to handle multiple client accounts across different industries
