Book Formatting & Design (Project-Based)

Looking for a capable and fast-paced Book Formatter and Cover Designer for ongoing, project-based work. We produce a high volume of books and need someone to transform our content into professionally structured products ready for global publishing.

We welcome fresh graduates and those very early in their careers. We aren’t particular about your school or degree. We care that you are capable, tech-savvy, and can deliver the work.

Core Responsibilities:

•Structured Formatting: Designing interior layouts for Paperback (PDF) and E-books (ePub).
•Cover Design: Creating/editing covers (Front, Back, and Spine) to industry standards.
•Publishing Prep: Ensuring files meet technical specs (margins, bleed, and font embedding).

Requirements:

•Technical Knowledge: Understanding of PDF, Paperback, and ePub formats.
•Design Eye: Ability to create a clean, professional look for both interiors and covers.
•Speed: Ability to pick up instructions quickly, kind, and works fast.
