Blog content creator

I have a female entrepreneur blog called www.businessbaddies.com and i need someone to maintain and create the content for it! Ill be using this blog for my ad campaigns so i really need to make sure the person that creates the content, knows what they are talking about, and creates good fun content!

i want great content, full of advise about being a female entrepreneur, also want downloadable content for them aswell!

the main point of my blog is not just for content, but to also get them to sign up to my webinar, which tells them about my company which i want them to join, ill explain a little bit about my company!

We are a network marketing company that sells virgin human hair! We are big believers in female empowerment, and development, and our motto is for females to be their own boss! That is why each female that joins the business, becomes her own boss, by selling our virgin hair products and earning a commission from this. They also make an income when they get females to join their business, whenever their business partner makes a sale, they both get a commission from this!

This is the main basis of my business, and the main basis for all blog posts made, i want them all to tie in with getting them on to the webinar!

I really need someone that can see my vision, and work with me to create a really successful blog! :)
