TYPICAL DUTIES & TASKS
• Repurpose long-form YouTube videos and podcast transcripts into well-structured blog posts
• Or, write blog posts from scratch after research, with the assistance of A.I. tools and my proprietary process
• Identify the key ideas, structure, and flow of the original content to create blog articles (800–1,500 words)
• Write in a conversational tone that reflects the voice of the creator
• Optimize posts for readability and SEO using headings, subheadings, bullets, short paragraphs, etc.
• Create strong titles, meta descriptions, excerpts, and CTAs when relevant
• Format and deliver posts using Google Docs or upload directly into platforms like WordPress or Notion
• Occasionally support with repurposing content into email intros, podcast show notes, or social captions

REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English with excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure
• Able to listen to or read transcripts and pull out the core message, steps, or framework
• Understands how to organize content into a logical blog flow even if the original content is unscripted
• Comfortable writing in a casual, conversational tone (like speaking directly to the reader)
• Self-directed, independent, and delivers consistent, quality work
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback

PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
You’ll be expected to work within:
• Google Docs
• WordPress
• Notion or Asana
• Google Drive for folder and file organization

APP EXPERIENCE
It would be ideal if you’ve used some, or all, of these tools (but if not, I'll train you):
• Descript
• YouTube transcript tools
• Grammarly
• Keysearch

WORKING KNOWLEDGE
You should either fully understand, or have a working knowledge, of these concepts:
• Basic SEO formatting (H1/H2/H3, slugs, internal linking, etc.)
• Creating readable blog layouts (scannable, clean, engaging)
• Meta descriptions and titles
• CTAs and content designed to generate leads or encourage deeper engagement
• Brand tone and voice adaptation

TECH REQUIREMENTS
• Reliable internet connection
• Clear audio and screen setup to view and process video/audio content
• Google Drive and Docs
• Familiarity with Notion, Asana, or Slack for task communication (or willingness to learn)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $10 per blog post (I'll show you how you can write 3-5 per hour, though!)
• Weekly payments via PayPal
• Turnaround per blog post: typically within 2–5 days of assignment
• Flexible working hours, but must meet agreed-upon deadlines
