Bilingual Virtual Support Assistant

I run a small agency providing VA services here in Florida, and we’re looking for a reliable bilingual assistant who can speak English and Spanish.

Tasks may include calls, emails, scheduling, client follow-ups, and basic admin support.

- Your VA or customer support experience
- Your current day-to-day workload and number of active clients
- Your availability during U.S. business hours
- How you learned Spanish, and whether you speak standard Spanish, Chavacano, or both
- A quick sample: If a customer asks for an update but you don’t have the answer yet, what would you say in English and in Spanish or Chavacano?

We’re okay with back-to-back client work, as long as your schedule does not overlap with our EST part-time or full-time hours, and all work is handled directly by you.
