Best Cold Caller

Hi there! I own a small medicare insurance office. We've had a team of VA's for over a year now and are looking to expand. Ill try to keep this short, sweet, and not written by AI. If you think you are a good fit for the postion please send us a video telling us why.

The ideal candidate has experience with Medicare Cold Calling, or is so good at cold calling that it doesn't matter. We start everyone off for the first 3 weeks at $4 per hour plus commission. If you are very good we will bump your pay after the 3 weeks. If you suck, we will part ways.

Our agents who are good cold callers make $6 base and $1 per transfer. The average weekly pay is around $280.

We pay for 40 hours of work and expect 40 hours of production. You will be held to the same standards as our US employees.

We take care of our good VAs like family and fire the ones who are lazy very quickly. Both myself and my business partner are hands on wtih the project. Unfortunately, your English must be exceptional. If you have a heavy accent, it's hard to excel in the position.
