We are hiring a high-level Backend Operations VA to run the operational side of a fast-growing life insurance agency.

Your role is to make sure our agents stay focused on one thing: **selling**.

You will manage everything from submitted application to placed policy.

**Core Responsibilities**

**New Business Processing**

* Review submitted applications for accuracy
* Track underwriting requirements
* Follow up with carriers
* Manage APS/medical records
* Handle pending business updates

**Placement & Retention**

* Confirm draft dates
* Handle NSF saves and payment issues
* Manage reinstatements
* Track persistency and at-risk policies
* Client follow-up

**CRM & Admin**

* Maintain and organize GoHighLevel
* Update client notes and records
* Build follow-up workflows
* Create tasks and accountability systems
* Backend support for agents

**Requirements**

* IQ score of **130+** (proof required)
* English proficiency at **C2 Advanced Mastery** (proof required)
* High proficiency in **Google Suite**
* Strong working knowledge of **GoHighLevel**
* Familiarity with ** ---------- **
* Strong understanding and use of **AI tools**
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented

* Able to handle multiple moving parts under pressure
