BPO Manager

BPO manager to oversee 15 Pinoy outbound callers working in the American market. The number of hours range from 6 to 12 per day, but average out to 40 to 50 hour per week. Monday through Friday, 6-12 hours per day, and 6 hours on two Saturdays per month.

Pay is weekly on Sundays, through Gcash, BPI, or any other bank or method you prefer. There is a 10,000 Php signing bonus for this position.

There is one month of paid training.

You will train and shadow Ryan, who if one of the three owners, the service manager, and an American living in the Philippines for three years already. He has a Filipino family and loves the Philippines and it's people. Ryan is a devout Catholic who attends mass 4-7 times per week.

You will also be working with Hanns, who is one of three owners, the Chief Financial Officer, and a German who lived in the Philippines for several years and plans to return with his Pinay girlfriend - and who also cherishes and loves the Filipino people. He is very data driven, and will we will teach you. Hanns is also a dedicated Christian.

Both Ryan and Hanns have plans to push land grant and food supply programs in Mindanao. But besides the point...The team is very Pro-Filipino.

You will receive bonuses based on happy customers. The more happy customers, the more bonuses. And raises based on consistently high level work.

Salary will always be base +.commission, with the base ranging from 20,000 Php to 40,000 Php, and the commission ranging from 20,000 Php to 60,000 Php. Both monthly.

Aside from the technical details, we have a good team with good hearted people, and a strong business that is going to continue growing for years into the future. We have been in business for over 6 years now and we are better than we've ever been. Hence the budget for a new team manager.

You will be expected to work respectfully and patiently under your manager, who is also a Pinoy and will be strict - as they've worked with us for years and know our expectations. But they love us. And we love them. And you will love us.

You are allowed two days per month of work cancellations, or "call-ins". You are allowed breaks throughout the ---------- is most important that you are responsive and act with a sense of urgency. You will be on monitoring software during the first few months, but that won't matter if you are performing well and responsive.
