NOVA Signage is a leading provider of custom signage manufacturing solutions for sign shops, print shops, distributors, and trade buyers across North America. Our website serves as a B2B member login portal where we offer custom signage products, wholesale partner pricing, quote support, and production services designed to help our clients sell more signage products without expanding their own manufacturing capacity.

We are looking for a reliable B2B Outbound Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in the Philippines, starting at 20 hours/week, with the potential to increase hours based on performance.
The cold callers should know how to professionally navigate gatekeepers, identify decision-makers, collect accurate details, and make meaningful business-to-business calls.

This is not a hard-selling role. Your main responsibility is to call sign shops and printing shops in North America, identify the right contact person, collect accurate information, and confirm whether they are interested in receiving a NOVA trade sample kit. Our internal sales team will handle qualified leads and follow-up conversations.

Responsibilities

Call sign shops, print shops, and commercial signage companies in North America.
Identify the right decision maker, such as owner, general manager, production manager, estimator, purchasing manager, or operations manager.
Confirm whether the company is a good fit for NOVA’s wholesale/custom signage manufacturing services.
Collect accurate contact information, including contact name, role, email address, phone number, company website, and shipping address.
Ask qualified prospects whether they are interested in receiving a NOVA trade sample kit.
Record call results clearly and accurately in our CRM, Google Sheet, or lead tracking system.
Follow a simple calling script and qualification process.
Handle gatekeepers professionally and politely.
Update lead status after every call, such as wrong number, not qualified, decision maker found, email collected, sample kit approved, follow-up needed, or not interested.
Escalate interested prospects to the NOVA sales team for follow-up.
Maintain a professional, calm, and friendly tone on all calls.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B prospecting.
Experience calling businesses in the United States or Canada.
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional accent.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow a script without sounding robotic.
Comfortable speaking with receptionists, gatekeepers, owners, managers, and purchasing contacts.
Able to collect and enter information accurately.
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, CRM systems, email, and online phone platforms.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ability to commit to 20 hours per week.
Must be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

Good to Have
Experience with B2B appointment setting for U.S. companies.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience using online phone systems such as OpenPhone, Aircall, JustCall, RingCentral, or similar tools.
Experience in signage, printing, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B services.
Experience working night shift or U.S. business hours from the Philippines.
Comfortable using call recording, call notes, and lead qualification workflows.

Your goal is to identify the right person, confirm interest, collect accurate information, and pass qualified leads to our internal sales team.

Work Schedule
Part-time: 20 hours per week
4 hours per day, 5 days per week

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Tues-Sat 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM Manila Time)
This schedule requires working during North American business hours. In the Philippines, this will usually be late night to early morning, depending on daylight saving time.

Compensation
Part-time: Monthly 32,00–35,000 PHP, depending on experience
20 hours per week
Compensation will depend on outbound calling experience, English communication quality, accent clarity, reliability, attention to detail, and performance.
