About the role

We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to help us conduct market research and outreach across multiple industries and international markets. This is a remote part time role with flexible hours and strong earning potentials.

This is not a hard sell role. The primary focus is reaching out to small and medium business owners across various industries, having genuine conversations to understand their challenges and pain points, and gathering information that helps us build and shape our business model and service offering. Over time this role naturally transitions into closing deals directly as our offering is confirmed and systems are built.

Who we are looking for

Someone with clear confident spoken English — this is essential. Naturally curious and genuinely enjoys talking to people and learning about their world. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection professionally. Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing or B2B sales preferred. Reliable with strong attention to detail in note taking. Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Stable internet connection and a quiet professional environment for calls. Available to work flexible hours aligned with US/AUS business morning hours.

Bonus points if you have

Experience calling US/UK/AUS based businesses. Background in market research or business development. Experience working with international clients across different time zones.
