Overview

We are hiring a B2B Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and outbound calling.

A Contact Marketers LLC has over 20 years of experience providing marketing, call center, virtual assistant, and BPO solutions to businesses across the United States. Our services help companies increase efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations with reliable support teams.

The primary objective of this role is to connect with business owners and decision-makers and generate opportunities for our call center, virtual assistant, and BPO services.

This role combines lead generation, outreach strategy, and sales communication. The ideal candidate understands modern outbound strategies and is comfortable using outreach tools to consistently generate B2B leads.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with performance-based bonuses tied to results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

* Generate B2B leads through:
* LinkedIn outreach
* Cold email campaigns
* Cold calling
* Identify and engage business owners and decision-makers
* Build targeted prospect lists
* Follow up consistently to create new opportunities
* Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

Outbound Strategy

* Develop messaging that generates responses and meetings
* Test outreach approaches and improve performance
* Identify industries that benefit from call center, VA, and BPO services
* Continuously improve outreach results

Phone & Sales Communication

* Confidently communicate with prospects by phone
* Introduce services and identify business needs
* Build rapport with potential clients
* Help move prospects into the sales pipeline
