About Us

We are a Houston-based copier and printer rental company serving businesses, property management companies, apartment communities, medical offices, law firms, and other commercial customers.

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our customer base through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and referral outreach.

This is a remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses and property management companies
Build and maintain prospect lists using ---------- and other lead generation tools
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS
Schedule qualified appointments for company leadership
Re-engage former customers and inactive leads
Contact existing customers to request referrals
Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM
Move opportunities through existing GoHighLevel pipelines
Track daily activity and provide weekly reports
Consistently meet activity and appointment goals

Required Skills
Previous experience in B2B cold calling
Appointment setting experience
Strong verbal and written English communication
Comfortable speaking with decision makers and business owners
Lead generation and prospecting experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using ----------
Experience using GoHighLevel (pipeline management and CRM updates)
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems
Experience in copier, printer, MSP, telecom, SaaS, or B2B services
Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
