Automations Engineer (n8n)

We are a fast-growing AI-driven marketing agency specializing in AI integrations and bots. Our entire hiring process is fully automated and handled by AI — and now we’re looking for an Automations Expert (n8n) to join our team on an ongoing basis.

We are closing new clients every week, which means our onboarding process, internal workflows, and client-facing automations must be seamless, scalable, and reliable. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automations across various tools we use daily.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage automations in n8n for internal and client workflows.
Automate processes on ClickUp (task creation, reporting, notifications).
Set up and maintain Slack automations for team communications and client alerts.
Create and manage web scrapers for data collection and enrichment.
Maintain and optimize our client onboarding workflows.
Work with and integrate Pipedrive CRM to automate deal management, data syncing, and client communications.
Troubleshoot, resolve errors, and continuously optimize existing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Has:
Proven experience with n8n automations (please share examples of projects).
Strong knowledge of ClickUp, Slack, Pipedrive, and related integrations.
Experience building scrapers (web scraping/data automation).
A proactive mindset — you don’t just fix problems, you prevent them.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Role Details:
Ongoing part-time role within our agency.
Minimum 4 hours daily (tracked).
Flexible schedule but must be consistent.
