Automation Specialist (Remote) [project based]

About HYGR
We are HYGR, a Malaysia-based sustainable personal care brand known for refillable and eco-friendly products. Our business runs across Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopify, and offline retail. As we scale, we need smarter automation systems to cut down repetitive tasks.

Project Scope
We’re looking for an Automation Specialist to design and implement workflows that connect our e-commerce platforms, Google Sheets, and communication tools. The goal: save our team time, reduce manual errors, and improve reporting.

What You’ll Do (Project Deliverables)
-Audit our current manual workflows (Google Sheets, Shopify, Shopee/TikTok/Lazada exports).
-Propose automation solutions using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Apps Script, or other tools.

Set up:
-Auto-sync order and inventory data into Google Sheets.
-Automated alerts/reminders for stock reorders and supply chain.
-Report dashboards (sales, inventory, affiliate performance).
-Test and document workflows so our team can maintain them.
-Train 1–2 tea ---------- mbers with simple guides/SOPs.

Requirements
-Proven experience building business automations (Zapier/Make/Google Apps Script).
-Portfolio of past automation projects (especially e-commerce/operations).
-Strong problem-solving and process-mapping skills.
-Good communication skills in English (must explain setups clearly).


Timeline: Expected delivery within 2–4 weeks.

Remote, flexible hours.
