Automation Specialist – Make.com, GHL, and API Integrations

We’re building an advanced real estate tech system and need a part-time Automation Specialist who’s fluent in ---------- (Integromat) and Go High Level (GHL) to help automate workflows, connect APIs, and manage data sync across platforms.

You’ll collaborate with our founders and development team to streamline backend operations, CRM automations, and listing data flow using tools like Make, webhooks, and JSON.

Requirements:
Advanced experience with ---------- (Integromat)

Strong knowledge of webhooks, API tokens, and JSON data structures

Familiarity with Go High Level CRM (automations, pipelines, workflows)

Experience integrating tools like Google Sheets, Webflow, and custom APIs

Able to troubleshoot, map logic, and build end-to-end flows

Strong written English and async communication skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with IDX or real estate data pipelines

Familiarity with Supabase, Baserow, or other no-code databases

Basic understanding of Wized or frontend API display logic

Experience or curiosity in AI integrations, such as triggering GPT-based responses or routing AI-generated content via Make or GHL, is a plus.

Position Details:
Part-time: 10–15 hrs/week

Remote: Work from anywhere (prefer PH-based)

Flexible hours, async communication

Suggested Salary:
18,000 – 35,000 PHP/Month
(Depending on experience and weekly hours)
