Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel + n8n + API Integrations)

We're looking for an experienced automation specialist who can jump into our workflows and get sh*t done. You'll be working with GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, and various custom APIs to build automations for trade and service businesses.

You’ll need to be confident in:

Setting up custom workflows in n8n

Using Webhooks and HTTP nodes to call APIs

Creating automations inside GoHighLevel

Reading API docs and handling custom logic

Bonus if you’re familiar with ServiceM8, Simpro, or AroFlo — but not essential.

This is not a full-time role (yet). We're starting with 3 days a week, and you'll be expected to pick up tasks as needed and build out workflows efficiently. You’ll be working directly with the founder (that’s me), and we move fast.
