Build a centralized KPI dashboard (Google Sheets) connected via Webhooks to monitor listing speed, store performance, and manage basic workflow routing.

• **Phase 3: Conversational AI Customer Service**
Deploy an AI auto-response workflow. When a buyer messages any store, the AI should ingest that store’s specific policies (knowledge base) and draft a context-aware response. Our staff will simply review, adjust, and click send with one click.
