We don’t care what tool you use! It just needs to work. And it needs to impress.

We’re looking for a highly-skilled workflow automation expert to join our fast-growing AI agency. You’ll be responsible for building custom client workflows, automating entire processes, and making sure every single system we deliver actually performs.

We’re a Canadian-based AI agency working with businesses. We close clients fast and now we need a killer backend builder who can execute on demand.

You’ll be helping us turn automation ideas into fully working client-ready systems. No fluff. Just clean, functional builds that make us look good.


???? What We Need You to Do:
• Build custom automations and workflows from scratch based on our or client’s needs
• Integrate tools using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, custom API/webhooks, etc.
• Use OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any other AI tools when needed
• Troubleshoot and refine broken or inefficient systems
• Be ready to hop in and build literally anything we need (landing pages, forms, smart flows, CRM syncs, task managers, etc.)
• Show up for team calls when requested
- Also comfortable with Voice Agents A-Z know it all how to custom build.

• Elite at automation — can build anything we ask
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, Google Sheets, and backend logic
• Results-driven: you build to deliver, not to look fancy
• Fast, smart, dependable — you take ownership
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly
