Automation Expert - Real Estate Call Review System

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to design and implement a comprehensive call review system for our real estate team handling Zillow leads.

System Requirements:
1) Integrate Zillow leads with smrtphone platform for call transcription
2) Send transcriptions to LLM (ChatGPT API or routeLLM) for analysis and scoring based on our quality standards
3) Automatically deliver feedback and recommendations to agents

Required Expertise:
- Zapier automation workflows
- smrtphone platform integration
- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience (we use GHL as our primary CRM)
- API integrations (ChatGPT API, routeLLM)
- Call quality assurance automation
- Real estate lead management systems

We prioritize candidates with experience in similar real estate automation projects and call center QA systems. This role involves creating seamless workflows that enhance our agent performance through automated feedback loops.

Position: Full-time or Part-time available
