About the Project

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build a fully automated content pipeline that takes RSS feed articles, processes them through an AI agent, generates voice-over narration, builds vertical TikTok-style videos, and automatically publishes (or drafts) them to TikTok.

If you have hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and video generation systems, we want to work with you.

Project Overview:

You will architect and implement a system that:

Monitors RSS feeds for new stories.

Sends article content to an AI model (OpenAI GPT-4/5 or equivalent) to:

Read the story

Summarize key points

Generate a script optimized for 45–60 second TikTok videos

Sends the script to TTS (ElevenLabs or similar) to generate a voiceover audio track.

Uses a video generation tool (Creatomate, Revid, Pictory, ffmpeg workflow, or similar) to:

Combine voiceover + text overlays + B-roll

Automatically render a 1080×1920 vertical video

Publishes or drafts the finished videos to TikTok using:

TikTok’s Content Posting API, or

A social posting API partner (e.g., Ayrshare), or

An approved auto-posting/scheduling platform.

The final system should run automatically (e.g., scheduled every 10–15 minutes) and generate polished, ready-to-publish TikTok videos with minimal human oversight.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement the end-to-end RSS ? AI ? TTS ? Video ? TikTok automation pipeline.

Configure an automation tool ( ---------- , Zapier, n8n, or a custom backend service).

Integrate AI models for summarization and scriptwriting.

Integrate TTS services for audio generation.

Build or configure automated video-generation templates for TikTok.

Configure a publishing workflow leveraging TikTok’s Content Posting API or an API partner.

Provide documentation of the entire system and handoff instructions.

Optimize the workflow for speed, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Experience:

Proven experience building automation workflows with tools such as:

Zapier

n8n

Or custom Python/Node.js automation systems

Solid understanding of OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI content generation.

Experience with Text-to-Speech APIs (e.g., ElevenLabs).

Experience with automated video generation, using tools like:

Creatomate

Pictory

Revid

ffmpeg scripting

Experience working with REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth), and webhooks.

Familiarity with TikTok’s Content Posting API (preferred but not required).

General Skills:

Ability to architect systems end-to-end.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Clear communication and documentation.

Ability to operate independently and deliver a production-ready workflow.

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

Experience with social media automation pipelines.

Knowledge of TikTok’s algorithm and short-form content formats.

UI/UX sensibilities for templated video layouts.

Experience implementing resiliency features (retries, error alerts, logging).

Deliverables

A fully working automated pipeline that:

Polls RSS feeds

Generates intelligent AI-based scripts

Produces and renders TikTok-style videos

Auto-uploads to TikTok or drafts

A simple dashboard or configuration panel (optional)

Documentation + tutorial for how to run, modify, or extend the automation
