Automation Engineer (n8n + GoHighLevel | AI Automation Platform)

We are Apexium, an AI automation and workflow marketplace focused on n8n automations and AI-powered business systems.
We are looking for an Automation Engineer with real GoHighLevel (GHL) experience who can build, implement, and maintain automation systems for both our marketplace and done-for-you clients.
This role is hands-on and technical. You will work daily with:
n8n workflows
GoHighLevel (GHL) white-label SaaS sub-accounts
APIs, webhooks, and AI integrations
If you have not worked inside GHL before, this role is not a fit.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain n8n automation workflows for our marketplace
Test workflows, fix bugs, and improve reliability
Deploy workflows into customer n8n environments
Build custom workflows for done-for-you clients
Connect APIs, webhooks, credentials, and triggers
Set up and configure GoHighLevel (GHL) sub-accounts, including:
CRM pipelines
Automations & workflows
Forms, surveys, calendars
Lead capture & follow-ups
Assist customer support with technical issues only
Maintain organized workflow versions and documentation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
You must have:
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
(pipelines, workflows, triggers, SaaS sub-accounts)
Experience building automation workflows (n8n preferred)
Strong understanding of APIs & webhooks
Ability to debug and fix broken automations
Clear written English for internal communication
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
White-label GHL SaaS experience
AI integrations (OpenAI, web automation)
Experience supporting clients with automation tools
