Trojan Roofing is a fast-growing storm restoration company scaling across multiple states. We’re building a streamlined, automated system to handle recruiting, onboarding, sales, billing, and operations. Our goal is to run on smart processes and technology so the business grows without bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For
We need a No-Code/Low-Code Automation Engineer to design, build, and integrate systems using tools like:

Zapier / ---------- / n8n (workflow automation)

Google Workspace Admin API (auto-creating company Gmail accounts)

Resend API (automated email sending)

BreezyHR (recruiting + candidate flow)

QuickBooks Online (onboarding contractors + payments)

JobNimbus (CRM for leads, jobs, production)

Other apps we use: Kajabi, Active Knocker, Metricool, etc.

Responsibilities

Build a Recruiting ? Onboarding ? Training flow:

Candidate hired in Breezy ? Auto-create Gmail, QuickBooks profile, JobNimbus account.

Auto-send “Welcome Email” with login info + training checklist.

Create automation for Job Intake (client details + claim info + required file uploads).

Link billing + claims workflows between JobNimbus and QuickBooks.

Automate repetitive communications (emails to adjusters, client updates, review requests).

Maintain documentation of all automations so the team can use them.

Requirements

Proven experience with Zapier, ---------- , and/or n8n.

Experience with ---------- v for building simple internal apps.

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin + API setup.

Comfortable connecting SaaS tools like QuickBooks, CRMs, and recruiting software.

Bonus: Experience in construction/roofing industry CRMs (JobNimbus, Acculynx, etc.).

Compensation

Contract or part-time project-based (to start).

Opportunity to grow with us as we expand into multiple states.
