Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities:
? Understanding Automation Journey: Gain a deep understanding of all
stages of an automation journey and describe the role of an RPA
Developer in each stage.
? Solution Design: Design and implement automation solutions based on
both business and technical requirements. Collaborate with Business
Analysts to define manual rules governing the process and translate them
into automated commands.
? Coding and Scripting: Utilize RPA Tool(s) to script and code automation
solutions. Ensure that coding practices adhere to best practices.
? Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation to
support the automation solutions developed.
? Testing: Rigorously execute automation testing, including unit testing,
user acceptance testing, and resolving any identified bugs. Conduct peer
code assessments and knowledge transfer to tea ---------- mbers.
? Skills Enhancement: Continuously participate in training and development
opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise, including staying
updated on the latest tools and best practices in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Mathematics, or a related field.
? 2-4 years of experience in software development and/or RPA
technologies.
? Proficiency in at least one of the ---------- , HTML, JavaScript, Python,
and advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML).
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex
business problems into logical tasks and think creatively to find solutions.
? Ability to perform code analysis to understand how code is implemented

? Cross-functional business and application knowledge, enabling effective
collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
