Automation Assistant (Google Sheets + Python + Handwriting Machine) – Davao City

Kamusta! I’m looking for a tech-savvy individual in Davao City to help automate a handwriting-based envelope and index card creation system using a machine like AxiDraw.

This is a project-based or part-time role with the potential for long-term work if you’re reliable and detail-oriented.

You will help build and run a system that pulls client info (like names, addresses, and codes) from a Google Sheet, formats it into a template, and sends it to a handwriting machine to print it out.

Your Responsibilities:
• Write simple scripts (Python or similar) to pull data from Google Sheets
• Insert that data into a pre-designed index card and envelope template
• Randomize the handwriting style for each letter/line
• Send the output to a handwriting machine (AxiDraw or similar)
• Replace cards and envelopes manually during the process (Someone else will do this once setup)
• Mark each printed entry in the spreadsheet as completed

Requirements:
• Must be located in or near Davao City
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting tools
• Familiarity with Google Sheets
• Bonus: Experience with Inkscape, SVG files, or AxiDraw
• Able to follow processes and work with precision
• Willing to learn and handle both tech + manual tasks

Working Hours & Compensation:
• Project-based (can lead to more consistent work)
• Flexible hours but must be able to meet deadlines
• Starting rate: Negotiable based on experience
