Job Description
We are looking for a technical Virtual Assistant or automation specialist who has real experience setting up AI voice agents, WhatsApp automations, and client accounts inside Autocalls.ai or a similar conversational AI platform. Applicants that are pros with GHL could easily adapt to our Autocalls.ai platform.
We are a white-label partner using the Autocalls.ai platform. Our agency sells AI voice agents, inbound call answering, outbound calling campaigns, WhatsApp automation, and web chat/voice widgets to business clients. We need someone who can help configure new clients properly, connect their communication channels, test everything, and make sure the setup works smoothly.
The most important experience we are looking for is hands-on work with Autocalls.ai, AI voice agents, WhatsApp automation, Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business API setup, and message template approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Configure inbound and outbound AI voice agents inside Autocalls.ai or similar platforms.
Set up client voice agents, including system prompts, call flows, business information, FAQs, appointment flows, and testing.
Help connect WhatsApp numbers to Meta Business and WhatsApp Business API.
Assist with Meta Business verification, WhatsApp sender setup, and message template submissions.
Configure WhatsApp automations for client follow-up, appointment confirmation, lead capture, and customer service.
Set up web voice/chat widgets and provide embed scripts for client websites.
Test all voice agents, WhatsApp flows, and widgets before launch.
Troubleshoot setup issues related to phone numbers, WhatsApp, Meta Business, templates, webhooks, and platform settings.
Document client setups clearly so our team can understand what was completed.
Helpful Additional Skills
Experience with AI automation tools, no-code tools, CRMs, or webhook integrations.
Experience with Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.
Ability to create or schedule social media images, carousel posts, and simple content using AI tools.
Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, image generation tools, or social media posting tools.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work carefully with client accounts.
Requirements
Direct experience with Autocalls.ai is strongly preferred.
Experience with AI voice agents, WhatsApp automation, or conversational AI platforms is required.
Experience using Meta Business Manager and WhatsApp Business API setup is highly preferred.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow setup instructions exactly.
Must be able to test your own work and confirm that everything functions correctly before handing it off.
Must be reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
Must be comfortable working on a flexible, project-based schedule.
This position can start part-time or project-based and can grow into a full-time role as we add more clients.
