We are a dynamic and growing mid-term home rental business, dedicated to providing exceptional service and comfortable accommodations for our clients. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us manage and expand our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Listings Management
- Create and manage property listings across various online platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and others.
- Ensure all listings are up-to-date with accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
2.Lead Response and Communication:
- Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries and leads from potential renters.
- Provide detailed information about properties and answer any questions potential clients may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all communications.
3. Negotiation and Networking:
- Assist in negotiating rental terms and agreements with potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue networking opportunities to expand our client base.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling property viewings and coordinating with property managers.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or rental industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for property listings and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with negotiation techniques and networking strategies is a plus.
