Job Title: Virtual Assistant — Design, Media, Tech & Operations

Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who can handle graphic design, Photoshop, mockups, 3D jewelry CAD/STL design, Blender animation, video editing, website editing/coding, and project coordination. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and reliable, capable of managing both technical production and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative
• Create graphic designs, Photoshop edits, and product mockups
• Design 3D jewelry files (STL) using CAD software
• Work with Blender for 3D animation and visual renders
• Edit videos for marketing, social media, and branding

Web & Technical
• Edit and manage website content
• Handle basic coding and site updates (Shopify/Wix/WordPress or similar)

Project & Schedule Management
• Plan and manage daily schedules and deadlines
• Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution
• Take in all provided information and create a clear execution plan and timeline
• Organize appointments, calls, meetings, and reminders
• Keep the team aligned with schedules and deliverables

Communication & Operations
• Make phone calls and send emails on behalf of the company
• Coordinate tasks between tea ---------- mbers
• Follow up on progress and maintain workflow efficiency

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD, Blender, and video editing software
• Experience in 3D jewelry design and STL file creation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable managing schedules, deadlines, and communications
• Able to work independently and execute plans without constant supervision

Bonus Skills (Preferred):
• Experience in fashion, jewelry, luxury, or creative brands
• Motion graphics or VFX
• Marketing or social media editing
