Architectural Designer / Draftsperson (Remote)

MOTH, Inc. is a growing architectural studio based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in residential and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Our work ranges from high-end custom homes and ADUs to multi-unit developments and complex renovation projects.

We are looking for a talented architectural draftsman or designer to join our team full-time in a long-term remote role. This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

This is not a short-term freelance role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become an integral part of our team.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop and update floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Implement redline revisions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in preparing permit drawing sets for U.S. jurisdictions
• Build 3D models in SketchUp for design studies and presentations
• Assist with architectural renderings (Enscape, D5, or similar)
• Help prepare interior design studies, material boards, and visual presentations
• Maintain organized project files and ensure drawing accuracy

Software Requirements

Required
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp

Preferred
• Enscape, D5, Lumion, or similar rendering software
• Adobe Photoshop

We will train the right candidate in U.S. construction documentation standards, permitting workflows, and internal company processes.
