Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Architect Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines architectural design expertise with comprehensive project support and administrative management. The successful candidate will provide essential drafting services, create detailed 3D models and visualizations, while also managing project coordination, supplier relationships, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Drafting

Drafting Services: Prepare precise architectural drawings and technical documentation for construction projects
3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp software
Video Walkthroughs: Develop engaging 3D video walkthroughs and visualizations for client presentations
Detailed Drawings: Produce comprehensive construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications
Design Support: Assist with design development and modification throughout project lifecycle

Project Management & Coordination

Project Scheduling: Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
Team Management: Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and in-house employees
Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
Resource Planning: Coordinate project resources and workflow optimization

Supplier & Procurement Management

Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
Procurement Support: Assist with material sourcing, ordering, and delivery coordination
Cost Management: Support procurement processes and maintain supplier databases
Quality Control: Ensure materials and services meet project specifications and standards

Administrative & CRM Support

CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management systems with project and client information

Email
Management: Handle professional email correspondence and client communications
General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
Ad Hoc Tasks: Flexibly handle diverse project-related tasks as required by the business

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Requirements

CAD Proficiency: Advanced skills in Archicad, Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for architectural design and 3D modeling
Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building standards
Visualization Skills: Experience creating 3D renderings, video walkthroughs, and presentation materials
Technical Drawing: Proficiency in producing detailed construction drawings and technical specifications

Project Management Skills

Coordination Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders
Team Leadership: Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and tea ---------- mbers
Scheduling: Strong organizational skills with experience in project scheduling and timeline management
Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and ability to resolve project challenges efficiently

Administrative & Technology Skills

CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management platforms and databases
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and contractor liaison
Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and administrative tools
Multitasking: Ability to handle diverse tasks and adapt to changing project requirements

Professional Qualifications

Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Industry Experience: Previous experience in architectural practice, construction, or property development
Virtual Assistance: Experience working remotely and managing virtual project coordination
