Appointment scheduler PHP script

I´m looking for someone to help us develop a appointment scheduale program in php.
We´re a massage parlor with several different locations and therapists.
We have a few different alternatives.
Either work on a excisting script that we have and enhance that or start from scratch.
If you have similar script already that we could work on that would be excellent.
