We are a U.S.-based Medicare insurance agency that helps individuals understand their Medicare options, enroll in coverage, and review plans to ensure they have the best coverage for their needs.
Our clients are typically individuals who are turning 65 or already on Medicare and reviewing their plans.
Because Medicare can be confusing, our company focuses on clear communication, honesty, and excellent service.
We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help manage inbound leads, outbound follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for our agents.
This role begins with appointment setting but is designed to grow into a larger role within the company.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, take ownership of responsibilities, and eventually help manage systems and other virtual assistants as the company grows.
This is not a short-term freelance position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business long-term.
Responsibilities (Initial Role):
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with prospective clients
• Handle inbound calls and schedule consultations
• Follow up with leads who requested information
• Maintain organized notes in our CRM (knowledge with GoHighLevel is a bonus)
• Keep agent calendars organized and filled
• Ensure every lead receives proper follow-up
Growth Opportunity:
The person hired for this role will have the opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities over time, including:
• Helping manage CRM systems and workflows
• Monitoring lead follow-up and appointment pipelines
• Assisting with operations and internal processes
• Helping train and manage future virtual assistants
• Supporting business growth initiatives
As responsibilities increase, compensation will increase accordingly.

Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral or minimal accent suitable for U.S. phone calls
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using scripts while sounding natural
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities
• Interested in long-term career growth
• Must not be working with multiple clients
