Appointment Setters

This is a pure appointment-setting role.

You will:
• Follow up with warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects using a simple script
• Book qualified calls onto a calendar
• Update Google Sheets accurately

You will NOT:
• Close sales
• Handle payments
• Provide customer support
• Freelance or improvise scripts

This role is evaluated on:
• Appointments taken (not booked)
• Show-up rate
• Sheet accuracy

High performers are placed into pods and scaled.

This role requires confidence on the phone. If you are uncomfortable speaking with business owners or following scripts exactly, do not apply.

Trial Process
• Short written qualification
• 3 role-play responses (text only)
• If approved, you receive a paid starter batch
• Performance on that batch determines long-term placement

Q3 — On a scale of 1–10, how comfortable are you speaking to business owners on the phone?

Q6— When a lead is unqualified but insists on booking, what do you do?
