Appointment Setter/Real Estate Assistant

I'm a busy Real Estate Agent in need for support with my lead gen. I make calls and prospect and set appointments myself, but I need someone to also do it with me for a couple of hours a day to help maintain my numbers. The other couple hours per day I will need that person to help me with administrative tasks, like scheduling services, social media marketing, data mining, database, etc.
