Hiring Remote Appointment Setters – Cold Calling

We’re looking for motivated Appointment Setters to call cold leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team. Limited slots available – we move fast!

Role Expectations
1. Call outbound and inbound leads
2. Handle and qualify cold leads per training guidelines
3. Book appointments for the sales team
4. Minimum 3 appointments/day
5. Minimum 10 held appointments/month

Pay & Incentives
1. Starting Rate: $4/hour
2. Performance-based increases up to $8/hour
3. Bonuses + incentives available
4. Bi-weekly pay

***All new hires start at a base rate of $4/hour. Rate increases are performance-based and may go up to $8/hour depending on consistency, goal achievement, and overall performance.
