Role Overview

As our Appointment Setter, you’ll turn inbound leads into booked calls and help drive our mission to help people achieve greatness.

You’ll:

Call/text every new opt-in within 1 minute (we track it).

Start genuine conversations via Instagram DMs, Skool DMs, and SMS.

Follow proven scripts and workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL).

Track every lead in the CRM — replies, clicks, booked calls, and show rates.

Follow up through DM / SMS / WhatsApp (using approved templates).

Maintain pipeline hygiene and daily reporting.

You’re a Fit If You Are

- Fluent spoken & written English (comfortable on calls)
- Efficient with text, email, and DMs
- Fast — you live for speed-to-lead (calls in < 60 s)
- Organized — you track every lead and next step in GHL
- Persistent — you follow up until a clear no (or yes)
- Committed — no side gigs or distractions; full-time focus
- Coach-able — you love feedback, hate mediocrity
- Bonus: experience with GHL, ManyChat, or Brevo (Sendinblue)

KPI Targets

95 %+ 1-minute response rate

25–40 % DM reply rate

50–65 % VSL link click rate

3–6 qualified bookings per day

65–70 % show rate on calls

Hours & Compensation

- Shift: 8 AM – 9 PM EST (US hours)
- Pay: Base salary + Big Commission + performance bonuses for KPIs
- Top setters earn $5 000 – $10,000 + / mo and can promote to Setter Manager (overriding a VA team)
