Aglow Outdoor Lighting is seeking a dependable and organized Appointment Setter / Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, coordinating appointments, providing administrative assistance, and helping ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Communication
-Answer incoming phone calls from customers
-Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and clients
-Respond to customer inquiries and messages
-Schedule appointments and confirm bookings
Administrative & Operational Support
-Manage and organize inbox communications
-Update CRM and customer records
-Handle data entry and maintain organized records
-Support day-to-day business operations
Team Collaboration
-Communicate with the team using Slack
-Manage tasks and documentation using Notion
-Record and review instructions and training through Loom
Job Requirements
We're looking for candidates who have:
-Strong verbal English proficiency (very important)
-Clear and confident phone communication skills
-Strong written English
-Excellent attention to detail
-The ability to work independently and stay organized
-A reliable internet connection
-Comfortable learning and using new technology
-Experience with the following tools is a plus:
-Meta Business (Instagram,
-Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
-Notion
-Slack
-Loom
-CRM systems
-AI tools such as ChatGPT
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, administrative assistant, or customer support representative is preferred but not required.
