Appointment Setter/ Telemarketer

EliteInsure Ltd. is a high end, new tech Insurance brokerage firm in New Zealand who experienced a lot of success with outsourcing and already has a number staffs in the Philippines. The company is growing fast and is currently looking for more people to be part of its growth.

Among others, the Company is currently looking for qualified appointment setters. Job Title: Appointment Setter / Telemarketer

Fee:
o Php. 15,000.00 (basic monthly fee)
o Php. 3 – 10,000.00 or more (bonuses)
o chance to bump up salary after every performance reviews

Work Schedule
o Monday – Friday
o 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Philippine Time and with lunch break)

Role:
1. constantly call numbers from a list given by an authorized staff with the intent to set-up appointments for the company’s advisers
2. record appointments that were set to CRM
3. performs a variety of general administrative functions
4. report all work related activities to a staff authorized by the company

Job Requirement
1. at least 18 years old
2. good English communication skills
3. has knowledge of the most basic computer programs and skilled in web research (google maps etc.)
4. knows how to use Skype
5. in possession of a personal computer or laptop and a headset with microphone
6. internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 mbps
7. applicants with a call center experience and or a background in sales are preferable
